Responsible for conducting shoe fitting and testing.
Schedule testing for each shoe category.
Carry out fitting tests for size run (graded sizes).
Take responsibility for tracking test shoes and resolving technical and operational issues of samples; participate in sample production through each process stage.
Establish key standard SOPs for the production process and achieve alignment between the sample room and mass production.
Work with pattern masters, outsole masters, and the sample room to conduct shoe fittings and confirm samples for large, medium, and small sizes; collect pattern files and send them to costing units to calculate price differences.
Coordinate with relevant departments to place material orders and handle issues arising from materials.
Ensure that any modification information is communicated to all related parties (e.g. costing, sample room, production units, development, SOP team, and pattern masters).
Work with the order transfer team, including preparing Tech Packages and responding to inquiries from transfer factories.
Report work progress and monitor the status of all projects.

Minimum education: High school diploma or above.
Candidates without prior experience will be provided with training in required skills and job-related knowledge.
Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic Chinese language skills; able to use Chinese at work.
Willing to travel to Vinh Long and Hau Giang as assigned by the company (day trips).
