I. Job Description:

• Receive information from brands: MM/CAD/PATTERN, clarify details or issues with the brand/client.
• Work with Purchasing, Pattern Master, Sole Master, and Sample Room to test and confirm sample shoes.
• Create BOM on ERP/ORIGO to order materials and calculate sample shoe costs.
• Create color boards for shoe production at CR2/PSE/SMS/MCS stages.
• Monitor processes, handle arising issues, and ensure products are completed on schedule and meet requirements.
• Inspect sample shoe quality and send samples to the brand for approval.
• Communicate with clients/brands regarding sample-related issues.
• Work with the VR department to confirm digital samples, provide test shoes for LAB/OCPT, and monitor testing processes and results to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the Pricing/Technical departments at each stage and resolve issues before mass production handover.
• Check BOM on ORIGO and handle any issues for brand confirmation.
• Provide and confirm accurate BOM, approved shoes, and material color boards for mass production.
• Support problem-solving during mass production.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader (if any).

II. Candidate Requirements:

• Salary negotiable based on ability + KPI bonus + free lunch.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sample shoe development, especially in the sports shoe segment.
• Good English skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing).
• Proficient in office software applications.
• The dynamic nature of the work, collaborating with multiple departments, requires responsibility and high self-discipline.
