Design shoe pattern molds for all shoe components based on customer samples and specifications.
Prepare cutting operations and marker layouts using software or manual methods.
Modify and adjust pattern molds according to requirements.
Inspect and resolve issues related to shoe pattern molds.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the leader (if any).

Minimum education: High school diploma or above.
Candidates without prior experience will be provided with skills guidance and job-related training.
Ability to use pattern design software is an advantage.
Basic to intermediate Chinese proficiency, able to communicate and read basic documents.
Enthusiastic, hardworking, creative, and eager to learn new things.

Base salary + KPI bonus + free lunch (salary negotiable for candidates with relevant experience).
