Job Objective

• Ensure that finished shoe products meet quality standards before shipment.
• Promptly detect, classify, and report any defects arising during the production process to prevent defective products from leaving the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect semi-finished and finished shoes according to company quality standards.
• Detect, identify, and classify product defects; mark and separate defective items.
• Record inspection results accurately in QC checklists or report forms.
• Coordinate with production and technical departments to identify root causes of defects and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure quality problems are resolved.
• Support line leaders and supervisors in controlling product quality at each stage.
• Report major quality issues to the QC Leader or QA department in a timely manner.
• Follow 5S, Safety, and company regulations during working hours.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the QC Leader or supervisor.

Working Conditions

- Working hours: Administrative shift – from 07:30 to 16:30 (Monday to Saturday).

- Overtime may be required during peak production periods.

- Factory environment; frequent standing and walking along production lines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Preferably with experience in QC/QA in a shoe, garment, or manufacturing factory.

- Basic understanding of quality inspection procedures and defect classification.

Skills & Competencies

- Careful, honest, and responsible.

- Good attention to detail and ability to detect product defects.

- Able to work independently and cooperate with production teams.

- Physical strength: Good health; able to stand and move frequently during working hours.
