Job Objective

• Ensure security, order, and safety of property and personnel within the factory premises.
• Monitor and control the movement of people, vehicles, and goods in and out according to company regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, disciplined, and orderly working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Station at the gate and control entry/exit of people, vehicles, and goods according to regulations.
• Record and maintain duty logs, shift handover books, and daily incident reports.
• Inspect and supervise working areas, warehouses, parking lots, and offices to ensure security and order.
• Assist and guide visitors and partners when they come to the company.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in fire prevention, firefighting, and evacuation during emergencies.
• Check and remind employees to comply with company rules (wear uniforms, display ID cards, avoid prohibited items, etc.).
• Conduct regular patrols; promptly detect and report incidents, losses, or violations.
• Ensure company assets and equipment are safely protected during the assigned shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Security Team Leader.

Working Conditions

• Workplace: Foreign experts’ dormitory area and shoe manufacturing factory (including gate, parking lot, warehouse, office, and production areas).
• Work in rotating shifts as assigned:
• Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
• Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
• Outdoor working environment, requiring frequent standing and movement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Junior high school graduate or higher.
• Experience: Candidates with previous security experience in factories, warehouses, or industrial zones, or those who have worked in professional security service companies are preferred.

• Polite communication; neat and professional appearance.
• Physical strength: Good health, able to work on shifts, stand and move frequently.
