◆ JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform sewing operations as instructed, ensuring correct techniques, accurate models, and assigned productivity.
  • Operate basic industrial sewing machines (single needle, double needle, overlock, zigzag, attaching machines, etc.).
  • Inspect finished products, detect defects and report any issues to the team leader or quality inspector.
  • Maintain machines, tools, and the working area in a clean and organized condition.


Working Hours:

  • Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
  • Workdays: Monday to Saturday.
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.

◆ JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to read, write, and understand basic technical instructions.
  • Able to operate common industrial sewing machines.
  • Hardworking, careful, responsible, and good at teamwork.
  • Candidates with footwear sewing experience are preferred.

◆ COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: 6 – 7 million VND/month (depending on skills).
  • Full participation in social, health, and unemployment insurance as required by law.
  • Provided with uniforms, protective equipment, and lunch support at the company canteen.
