◆ JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Job Description

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Conduct inspections of the shoe production process together with the Operations department.
  • Assist in translating documents.
  • Prepare tables, reports, and documents in Chinese.
  • Support the team and take responsibility for tasks assigned by the Leader.

II. Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum education: Intermediate/Associate degree or higher in any major.
  • Proficient in Chinese communication (equivalent to HSK3 or above).
  • Proficient in office software applications.
  • No prior experience or specialized knowledge is required (training will be provided by the company).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to improve.

  • Fixed salary and free lunch provided.
  • Annual salary review.
  • Bonuses: 13th-month salary, Tet bonus, performance bonus, and holiday gifts according to company policy.
  • Paid public holidays and annual leave according to Vietnamese labor law (12 days of leave per year).
  • Employees with 5 or more years of service receive an additional 1 day of annual leave.

  • Overtime pay is calculated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
  • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (office hours).
