Lac Ty Co., Ltd. has recently launched its first-ever language training program, opening up new learning and development opportunities for all employees.

What makes this program special is that classes are held right after working hours - a time when most people would usually feel tired after a long day. Yet, despite physical fatigue, the classroom atmosphere remains lively, energetic, and full of enthusiasm.

After three months of dedicated learning, participants have mastered essential foundations. This serves as a solid stepping stone for more confident daily communication and improved work performance.

Although this was the company’s first course, every stage - from instruction to the final examination - was thoroughly and professionally organized by Lac Ty, ensuring both effectiveness and seriousness.
