THE 2ND TRIPARTITE SEMINAR AT LAC TY

On December 13, 2025, the company successfully organized the 2nd Tripartite Seminar 

This year’s seminar took place in an open and constructive atmosphere, where many employees confidently shared concerns and challenges encountered during their work. Questions related to welfare policies, benefits, and practical difficulties were attentively listened to and directly addressed by the Management Board. Every opinion was carefully noted, serving as a basis for the company to continue improving and striving toward a better, more comfortable working environment for all employees.
