EMPLOYEES’ CONFERENCE 2026

On March 28, 2026, the Employees’ Conference was successfully held, creating an open forum for dialogue to better understand and effectively address the concerns and aspirations of all employees.

The annual Employees’ Conference serves as an important occasion for the Management Board and employees to come together and share key information regarding internal regulations, policies, and upcoming directions. It also provides employees with an opportunity to raise questions and express any concerns encountered during their work.

Through open and constructive discussions, the Management Board gains deeper insights into employees’ thoughts, expectations, and aspirations. This mutual exchange allows both parties to acknowledge feedback, propose appropriate adjustments, and work collaboratively toward building an increasingly positive and supportive working environment in the future.
