THREE-PARTY DIALOGUE CONFERENCE – CONNECTING FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING

On July 18, 2026, the Company successfully held the First Three-Party Dialogue Conference of 2026.

The conference was conducted in an open and constructive atmosphere, bringing together the Company's Management, the Trade Union, and employee representatives. Through this dialogue, employees had the opportunity to openly share their opinions, concerns, and suggestions, which were listened to and discussed directly.

The conference also provided the Company with valuable feedback from employees, enabling continuous improvements to the working environment while strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between the Company and its workforce.
