Continuing the series of activities celebrating the 97th anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union, on July 28–29, Lacty, in collaboration with the Reproductive Health and Family Planning Clinic under the Ho Chi Minh City Population Division, organized a free gynecological health check-up program exclusively for female employees.

During the program, participants received professional gynecological examinations, personalized consultations, and valuable guidance on reproductive health care. In addition, each participant was presented with a thoughtful gift from the organizing committee as a token of appreciation💙

At Lac Ty, we believe that reproductive health care is not only essential to individual well-being but also serves as a cornerstone for building a healthy, happy, and sustainable workforce. For this reason, reproductive health communication, education, consultation, and medical check-up programs have long been an integral part of our ongoing commitment to promoting gender equality in the workplace.

By providing female employees with access to essential health knowledge and services, Lac Ty strives to foster an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone is valued, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.

We hope that meaningful initiatives like this will continue to inspire greater awareness and encourage women to take a proactive approach to their health, enhance their quality of life, and grow with confidence—while together building a more caring, inclusive, and sustainable workplace at Lac Ty💙
