1. Job Objective

• Ensure timely meal service for employees, meeting food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and orderly canteen area, contributing to a civilized, safe, and efficient dining environment within the factory.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the serving area before meal times: arrange trays, bowls, spoons, chopsticks, and drinking water.
• Serve meals to employees according to the standard portion and service procedure.
• Assist in receiving food supplies, checking quantity and quality upon delivery.
• Properly store and organize fresh food, dry ingredients, and seasonings as per regulations.
• Clean dining areas, dishwashing zones, serving counters, floors, and equipment daily.
• Sort and dispose of waste in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Report incidents or damaged equipment to the canteen supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen team in meal portioning and checking dishes before service.
• Comply with regulations on Food Safety & Hygiene, 5S, Fire Prevention, and Company Labor Rules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the canteen supervisor.

3. Working Conditions

• Workplace: Kitchen area on Tran Dai Nghia Street and the internal factory canteen.
• Working hours: Shift 1 – from 06:00 to 14:00.
• Overtime may be required depending on production shift schedules.
• Team-based work environment; frequent movement and standing during working hours.

Physical strength: Good health, able to work under high intensity during peak meal hours.
